Nunca gostei muito da passagem de ano. Se calhar até dá má sorte dizer isto mas, a verdade, é que não dou muita importância a esta festividade. No entanto, acho que qualquer desculpa é boa para nos vestirmos a rigor por isso, aqui fica o meu outfit para amanhã! Optei por algo bastante simples já que vou passar o ano em casa com a família :)

I never really liked New Year. Maybe it gives bad luck to say this but, the truth, is that I don't give great importance to this festivity. However, I think every excuse is a good pretext to dress strictly, therefor, here is my outfit for tomorrow! I choose something simple since I'm going to spend the evening in my house with my family :)

Onde gostava de passar o Carnaval: Serra da Estrela! Será que é para o próximo ano que esta rapariga vai ver neve a sério pela primeira vez? Espero bem que sim!

Where I would like to spend Carnival: Serra da Estrela! Is it this year that this girl is going to see real snow for the first time? I hope so!

Sempre adorei o estilo de Blair Waldorf, a personagem de Gossip Girl. Apesar de gostar de todos os estilos presentes nesta série, é com o de Blair que me identifico mais. Nele existe uma mistura de ingenuidade, elegância e, simultaneamente, de impertinência e lascívia. Bem ao estilo de uma "menina de colégio". Por isso mesmo, é uma inspiração para mim. Aqui ficam algumas ideias, montadas por mim, baseadas em outfits da personagem :)

I've always loved Blair Waldorf's style, the character from Gossip Girl. Even though I like all the styles present in this series, I identify more with Blair's. He has a mixture of naivety, elegance, and, simultaneously, of petulance and sensuality. In a "school girl" kinda way. Therefore, is an inspiration for me. Daqui a 10 anos espero:
-Ter visitado as principais capitais europeias e claro, Nova Iorque;
-Trabalhar numa revista (preferencialmente de moda e fora do país) mas não sou esquisita, se limpar casas de banho numa redacção já sinto que tenho a sorte de trabalhar na "minha área";
-Ter conhecido a Ellen, a Taylor Swift e o Daniel Oliveira;
-Ter pelo menos uma mala Channel;
-Aprender a dançar ballet;
-Saber falar italiano;
-Ter coragem para usar tacões altos (não, não tenho vertigens);
-Ser feliz;
-Fazer o máximo de pessoas felizes.


In 10 years I hope:
-Had already visited the main european capitals and, of course, New York;
-Work in a magazine (especially a foreign fashion magazine) but I'm not picky, if I'm cleannig bathrooms in a newspapper I'll already feel lucky for working in "my area";
-Meet Ellen, Taylor Swift and Daniel Oliveira;
-Have at least one Channel bag;
-Learn how to dance ballet;
-Speak italian;
-Have the courage to wear hight heels (no, I don't have dizziness);
-Be happy;
-Make the biggest number of people happy.
